Information you give us

When you request an estimate, we ask for your name, phone number, ZIP code and the type of project. Your email address and photos of the space are optional.

We also record the page you sent the request from, whether you agreed to calls and texts, and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link (such as gclid or utm_source).

If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, taps on our call and WhatsApp buttons and ad identifiers. When you send a request, Google and Meta also receive the type of project and your ZIP code. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or photos to Google or Meta.

If you arrive from an ad, your browser keeps the ad identifiers for up to 90 days so they can be sent with your request.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your project, schedule your free in-home estimate and prepare your written estimate.
• To call or text you about your project, only if you agreed to it on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• To understand which ads and pages bring in requests, so we can improve our advertising.
• To keep business records and to protect the site against spam and misuse.

Calls and text messages

If you agree to calls and texts, we contact you only about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by phone or email to stop calling.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

How we share information

We share your information only with:

• Service providers that help us run this website and our advertising, such as our web host, our email provider and our marketing agency, to store and deliver your request.
• Google and Meta, through the measurement and advertising tools described above. They may also use that information for their own advertising, which some privacy laws treat as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can limit it as described under Your choices.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to answer you, follow up on your project and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by calling or emailing us. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of calls by asking us.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the copy of your request kept on our server is stored outside the public part of the site. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
